The index, defined as the ratio of OKC to β-Cross Laps, is an early predictor of SC of bone tissue in patients with TMD. Correction of osteogenesis processes in patients with PNS and patients with SC of bone fragments should be carried out with the involvement of a therapeutic complex including ZTP and rhBMP-2, the multimodal action of which is due to the presence of growth factors, which gives the possibility of direct influence on the reparative reaction, normalization of immune processes, free radical oxidation and bone metabolism. The developed and clinically tested personalized algorithm for the early diagnosis and prevention of SC in patients with PNS allows monitoring the course of the osteoreparative process in patients with injuries of the SP and its pathogenetically justified correction for the prevention of SC in bone tissue.
