A mathematical model of operation, a schematic diagram and a printed circuit board of a charge-sensitive pre-amplifier for detection units based on germanium crystals were developed. We calculated nuclear-nuclear interaction potentials for the 16O + 58Ni, 16O + 60Ni, 16O + 62Ni, and 16O + 64Ni systems within the framework of the modified Thomas-Fermi method with Skyrm forces, using the nucleon densities obtained in the same approximation. The characteristics of elastic scattering of protons by 40Ca nuclei in the second Born approximation were studied. A new model is proposed to describe the synthesis of superheavy nuclei in the fusion reactions of heavy nuclei with a lead target, which takes into account the fusion of nuclei by gradual evolution from a binary nuclear system to a spherical compound nucleus and the transfer of nucleons between touching nuclei. A simple method of approximate matching of models of photon force functions with energy-dependent widths with an energy-weighted sum rule at high energies is proposed, which extends the applicability of the model to the range of gamma-quantum energies above 30 MeV. The results of the first measured weighted average cross sections/yields of nuclear reactions 10B(γ,t)7Be at Egr = 20 MeV, natB(γ,x)7Be at Egr = 40 and 55 MeV, 9Be(γ,2n)7Be at Egr = 40 and 55 MeV. The relationship between the main parameters of the charge-sensitive preamplifier and its circuit diagram is described. Based on this relationship, the principle diagrams of the charge part of the differential circuit with pole-zero correction and the main components of the charge-sensitive preamplifier were developed.
