A mathematical model of operation, a schematic diagram and a printed circuit board of a charge-sensitive pre-amplifier for detection units based on germanium crystals were developed. The nuclear-nuclear interaction potentials for the reactions 16O+208Pb and 12C+208Pb were calculated within the framework of the modified Thomas-Fermi method, taking into account all terms to terms of the second order in terms of ħ in the quasi-classical distribution of kinetic energy. On the basis of the second Born approximation, analytical expressions for scattering amplitudes, as well as for differential cross sections and polarization characteristics of scattering, are obtained. Analytical expressions for the photon power function of electric dipole gamma transitions in the regions of giant dipole resonance and pygmy dipole resonance were analyzed. The results of the first measured weighted average yields of nuclear reactions 180Ta(γ,2n)178mTa at Egr = 20 MeV, 181Ta(γ,3n)178mTa and 181Ta(γ,4n)177Ta at Egr = 40 and 55 MeV are presented. The simulation results within the TALYS-1.9 software code demonstrate the fully statistical nature of the (γ,2n)-reaction. The installation and methodology of the express study of high-voltage current-current characteristics (VAH) of diamond samples are described. It is shown that diamonds grown in the Fe-Ni-C growth system are the most suitable for use in electronics. The research technique for the experimental study of little-researched processes of formation, acceleration, transportation and measurement of parameters of low-energy charged particles of low and ultra-low energies in the atmosphere is described.
