The created technology allows to increase the level of servicemen's work given the specific activity, identify objective markers of psychophysiological state to determine the ability to perform tasks requiring certain specific psychophysiological mental and physical properties in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Psychophysiological indicators have individual variability within a certain range. The test results can assess both the typical and the worst or best state of a given cognitive function with a high probability. This is due to the existing plasticity of the brain's neural networks and the regulatory capabilities of the central nervous system. However, the characteristic features of activation and connectivity of brain structures are, to a certain extent, unchanged and determine the way of thinking and psychophysiological capabilities of a person. A comprehensive examination of military personnel makes it possible to develop a system of markers that allow for the selection of candidates for successful performance of assigned tasks, i.e., for specific military specialties.
