The object of the study is the management system of combating the illegal movement of goods across the customs border as a component of Ukraine's economic security. The purpose of the work is to develop an innovative management model of the system of preventing and countering the illegal movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. Research methods - observation; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; comparison; abstract-logical; methods of system and structural, statistical analysis; dialectical knowledge; graphical and tabular method. Scientific result: the theoretical foundations and methods of developing management models in the field of customs security were revealed, the foreign experience of the operation of management models of the system of preventing and countering the illegal movement of goods across the customs border was investigated, and the issues on the functioning of the current management model of the system of preventing and countering the illegal movement of goods through the customs border of Ukraine were analyzed. Practical result: an innovative management model of the system of preventing and countering the illegal movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine was developed; the main directions of its continuous development and the mechanism of its implementation in the activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine were formed. The socio-economic efficiency of the work consists in the fact that the results of the SRW will contribute to reducing the level of customs offenses, in particular, the illegal movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. The significance of the work lies in the fact that the innovative management model was developed with the aim of strengthening the system of combating the illegal movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine.
