Results of the second stage: 1) The model of adaptive system for individualization and personalization of professional training of future specialists in the conditions of blended learning is substantiated and developed. 2) Modern approaches and means of creating information systems with the use of technologies for collecting and processing data on user behavior, technologies of adaptive learning management, as well as the development of intelligent agents – teacher's assistants (chatbots) are examined. 3) The composition and methodology of using of adaptive information system designed for individualization and personalization of education, the formation of individual educational route of the future specialist, providing operational assistance to higher education students and teachers, monitoring students' educational outcomes are theoretically substantiated. 4) The technical task for development of the adaptive information system intended for individualization and personalization of professional training of future experts in the conditions of mixed training is made. 5) An adaptive information system for individualization and personalization of professional training of future specialists in the conditions of blended learning is developed and tested.
