UkrINTEI organized and carried out a scientific and scientific and technical examination of projects submitted for participation in competitions of joint scientific and research projects. In the course of the work, expert assessment cards were developed for projects submitted for participation in joint research projects, in accordance with the Terms of Reference, which is an appendix to the contract. 326 joint research projects that were submitted for participation in Ukraine-Turkey, Poland, and Latvia contests were handed over to UkrINTEI for examination. Two scientific and technical examinations were conducted for each application. A total of 652 scientific and scientific-technical examinations were conducted under the contract. After the organizers received the expertise from the experts of the Expert Evaluation Cards, they summarized the expert opinions on each application and determined the average score. The results of the scientific and scientific and technical examination were drawn up in the form of rating tables. The rating tables were handed over to the Customer - the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for further consideration and determination of the winners of joint research projects. 104 final reports on scientific research works, the implementation of which was completed in 2021, were also submitted to UkrINTEI for examination.
