The analytical solution for the concentration of solar cosmic rays which correspond to the instant particle injection by the point source is obtained. The diffusion approximation equations are derived and the solutions of these equations are reached. The modulation of galactic cosmic ray intensity by heliospheric magnetic fields is examined. It is shown that during negative solar magnetic field polarity periods the particle heliolatitude flux is oriented from the poles to the equatorial plane, and the direction of galactic cosmic ray radial flux depends on particle energy. The estimate of the anisotropy of galactic cosmic ray angular distribution on the Earth orbit is obtained. It is shown that the intensity of low energy galactic cosmic rays increases monotonically with heliocentric distance and the intensity of high energy particles has a maximum at the heliopause. The estimates of the galactic cosmic ray intensity modulation levels are fulfilled. The effect of proton beams on the stream instability evolution and also on the low frequency turbulence generation in cosmic plasma is investigated. The possibility of alfvenic and kinetic alfvenic waves generation by proton beams near the Earth’s bow shock is analyzed.
