Studies were conducted to determine the biological activity of the obtained azomethines and the antibacterial activity was evaluated on reference test cultures and clinical strains. It was found that all compounds are effective only against gram-positive bacteria, i.e. not broad-spectrum. But there is an assumption that certain compounds have cytotoxicity and are promising for modification and further research on antitumor activity.
