UkrINTEI organized and carried out a scientific and scientific and technical examination of the applications submitted for participation in the state-ordered scientific and technical development competition, the implementation of which will begin in 2023. In the course of the work, the Expert Evaluation Card and Application Scoring Scale were developed for applications submitted for participation in the state-ordered scientific and technical development competition, in accordance with the Terms of Reference, which is an appendix to the contract. In accordance with the contract, the Directorate of Science and Innovation of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine transferred 75 applications to UkrINTEI, which were submitted for participation in the competition. Two scientific and technical examinations were conducted for each application. In addition, 5 repeated scientific and technical examinations were conducted. A total of 155 scientific and scientific-technical examinations were conducted under the contract. After the organizers received expert evaluations from the experts of the Expert Evaluation Cards, they summarized the expert opinions on each application and determined the average score.
