The purpose of the research is to improve the efficiency of industrial wastewater treatment and to develop ways to use sewage sludge and sediments as secondary raw materials (RBR). Research methods are based on the use of physical and mathematical modeling of the researched processes. Processing of experimental data was carried out by methods of mathematical statistics. Determination of the composition and properties of the substances used in the research, using volumetric and weight methods of chemical analysis and physicochemical research methods according to standard methods. The environmental hazard of industrial wastewater with a polydisperse solid phase was analyzed and their impact on the natural environment of drilling waste, wastewater from food industries and soda production was evaluated. The prospects for the utilization of wastewater components in polymer and ceramic products have been determined. The processes of sludge purification, dewatering and disposal of sewage sludge contaminated with polydisperse solid phase are theoretically substantiated. Experimental studies on the development of low-waste technologies for cleaning and utilization of sewage sludge and sludge have been conducted. Patterns of intensification of industrial wastewater treatment methods have been revealed. Recommendations on the technological aspects of creating low-waste wastewater treatment technologies have been developed.
