Metabolic indicators were analyzed in 50 patients with psoriasis and 50 patients with lichen planus. Indicators of cytokine immune regulation processes were studied in 50 patients with psoriasis and 50 patients with lichen planus. Key indicators of neurohumoral regulation were studied in 60 patients with psoriasis and 56 patients with lichen planus. Profound deviations of lipid metabolism, cytokine balance and ergo- and trophotropic system of the body were revealed in patients with lichenoid dermatoses, which were unidirectional in patients with psoriasis and lichen planus. On the basis of the detected violations, universal therapeutic strategies are proposed, which include promising pathogenetically justified pharmacological agents.
