The purpose of the work is to substantiate the scientific principles of effective management in agro-industrial production of Ukraine. In the research process, such general scientific and special methods of economic research were used, such as: dialectical, analysis, synthesis, systemic, monographic, statistical-economic, calculation-constructive, economic-mathematical, experimental, cluster, abstract-logical, etc. The conduct of agricultural production in Ukraine in a changing and unstable market environment convincingly demonstrates the need to develop and put into practice the scientific principles of effective management in the country's agro-industrial production. The importance of this is reinforced by the military actions taking place in Ukraine and the prospects for the post-war development of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian state. Given the extreme importance of the development of the green economy in the national economy of Ukraine in the context of the growth of its stability, there is an urgent need to study these issues. Regarding the principles of sustainable development in the socio-economic activities of agrarian business entities, corporate social responsibility is no longer limited to profit and compliance with the law. Corporations are now faced with the challenge of defending the values and interests of shareholders, as well as consumers, workers, communities, government, the environment and other stakeholders. In the growth of the efficiency of production and economic activity of organizational and legal forms of management, an important role is played by the development of the economic principles of the socialization of agrarian business in Ukraine, one of which is the mechanism of adaptation of the social orientation of agrarian business in the conditions of martial law.
