The goal of the first stage of work is to develop energy-efficient and resource-saving equipment for the production of fodder and highly efficient technology for feeding agricultural animals using a new generation probiotic feed additive. Research methods – mathematical modeling based on fundamental laws of hydraulics, hydromechanics and theoretical mechanics using differential calculus. A numerical experiment based on a mathematical model using modern software packages Mathsad, Delphi. A system of hydraulic drives of the block-portion separator was created and the rational values of its parameters. An experimental industrial model of a vibrating disc crusher was developed and its operating parameters were substantiated. It was established that due to the use of impact cutting, the productivity of the process of grinding grain with a high moisture content (forage grain) will increase to 30%, with a reduction of up to 2.2 times the energy consumption of the drive of the machine, compared to the implementation of this process with a hammer crusher, due to the use of low-frequency fluctuations of the executive body. The effect of probiotic supplement "Entero-active" on productivity, metabolism and quality of animal husbandry products has been established. Feeding this probiotic makes it possible to reduce the cost of 1 kg of growth by 5 to 17%, depending on the species and age group of animals. The obtained results are of significant economic importance for ensuring energy efficiency and resource saving of structural elements of production processes of the livestock sector of the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
