The conditions and goals of digitalization implementation are analyzed, and modern technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization are considered. The process of planning a project to assess the effectiveness of digitalization is analyzed. Modern approaches to structuring software development teams as part of managing the process of evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization are considered. The use of an information model for making optimal decisions in terms of assessing the effectiveness of digitalization as an IT project is proposed. The information model of optimal decision-making provides a representation of the cause-and-effect relationship between situations, tasks, goals, and also allows to form an optimal scenario for overcoming a crisis situation due to possible conflicts with minimal losses.
