The object of research is the process of physical education and sports, the subject is fitness technologies of health, conditioning and sports direction. The purpose of the work is the scientific substantiation of the directions for the use of modern fitness technologies of health, conditioning and sports direction in physical education and sports. Research methods are theoretical (analysis, synthesis, modeling, systematization, generalization); sociological (questionnaire - study of motives and interests in various types of physical activity): technique O.O. Karelin's "Need for Achievement Assessment Scale" to determine the motivation for achievement, the desire to improve one's results; "Questionnaire for assessing problematic issues regarding the organization and conduct of physical education lessons using football"; "Questionnaire for checking students' satisfaction with conducting physical education lessons during distance learning"; psychological: assessment of anxiety levels according to the Phillips test; evaluation of value orientations of students according to Rokych's method; study of the individual profile of the physical "I" according to the methodology of E.M. Bochenkova "Self-description of physical development"; anthropometric (measurement of body length and weight, girth measurements, calculation of body mass indices, indices of physical development); physiological (measurement of heart rate, blood pressure, vital capacity of the lungs, determination of adaptation potential according to the method of R.M. Baevsky, calculation of the Robinson index, vitality and strength index); functional tests (Ruffier test, orthostatic test); method of determining physical health (methodology of G.L. Apanasenko); pedagogical methods (observation, experiment): motor tests to assess the level of development of motor qualities (strength, flexibility, endurance, speed and coordination abilities).
