BIOCOMPOSITE PRODUCTS, STRUCTURE DEFECTS, MODIFICATION, SODIUM SULFATE, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, POLYVINYL ACETATE, RECYCLING, SECONDARY RAW MATERIAL, PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES. The object of research is a complex of physical, mechanical, chemical and operational properties of biocomposite materials modified with organic fillers. The subject of the research is the mechanisms of structuring and recycling of biocomposites with organic fillers and determining their influence on the properties of biocomposite materials. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of modified organic fillers on the properties of biocomposites and to study the processes of structuring, followed by the development of technological processes of product formation and their recycling. The forming technology of the glutinous bicomposite materials using chopped stalks of grain crops and wood flour has been developed. The optimal content of modifying additives (sodium sulfate, titanium dioxide) was determined. This ensured a significant increase in the mechanical and operational characteristics of the developed biocomposites based on the glutin solution. The technology of recycling of biocomposites based on secondary raw materials from biocomposite products based on the glutin solution and wood flour using a combined method of processing in physical fields has been developed. Research methods and equipment. The study of the physical and mechanical properties of biocomposites was carried out using the methods of determining compressive strength, hardness, and impact strength. The study of the macro- and microstructure of the material was carried out using the MIM-10 microscope, and the REM-106 I electron microscope. The biodegradability research was carried out according to the standard method for determining the aerobic biodegradation of plastic materials in an aqueous environment or in a compost environment.
