The purpose of the work is to determine the financial potential in the context of the new economy, the functioning and development of enterprises; to form the peculiarities of taxation of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty; identify threats to the financial security of the enterprise and systematize the main areas of risk system management in the business process of the enterprise, taking into account the new economy. Research methods - the basis of the work is a system of general scientific and special methods that allow you to systematically solve problematic tasks in the chosen field of research. The most important theoretical and applied developments are based on the provisions of modern economic theory on the trends and further development of the digital economy. In the GDR, modern general scientific and special methods of research are used, in particular: dialectical, system-structural analysis and synthesis, generalization. The information base of the research is the legislative and regulatory acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which regulate business activity and the tax system, the database of leading research institutions, as well as the results of the authors' own observations and calculations.The results of the study are aimed at obtaining new scientific knowledge regarding the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial potential, enterprise taxation and financial security of the enterprise in the conditions of the innovative environment of the new economy. This will allow us to draw conclusions about the implementation of financial management tools in the context of the formation of an innovative environment of the new economy.
