The aim of the work is to increase the sowing and yield properties of seed material of agricultural crops by adjusting and optimizing the modes of its pre-sowing electrical stimulation and electrical separation based on time-correlated counting of photons emitted by stimulated seeds. It has been proven that pre-sowing electrical stimulation improved the sowing properties of treated seeds of winter rapeseed, sunflower, winter wheat and safflower. The growth of sowing qualities of electrical treated winter wheat and safflower seeds is observed at low values of the electric field strength of E=0.5...1.5 kV/cm and the treatment duration of t=20...30 sec. The highest value of germination energy and laboratory germination of seed material of winter rapeseed and sunflower was in the mode of electrical stimulation of E = 2 kV/cm, t = 30 s. The revealed data of the sowing qualities of the treated seeds are correlated with the results of the emission of single photons emitted by seeds. Its maximum increase was observed under the specified optimal processing modes. Based on this, it was concluded that the most effective mode of pre-sowing electrical treatment of seed material can be considered the one in which the emission of single photons is the largest. Studies as to the determination of the spectral-luminescent properties of fluorophores of solutions of rapeseed and sunflower oils in hexane, prepared from treated and untreated seeds, testify that the pre-sowing electrical treatment of seeds does not cause changes in the chemical composition and structure of the cell, its fatty acid composition, and the content of vitamins and pigments.
