This made it possible to reproduce the anatomical features of not only the bones, but also the X-ray contrast structures (ligaments) of a specific patient, which provided the conditions for the personalization of the planning of osteosynthesis and reconstructive operations in patients with injuries and diseases of the pelvis. Model construction and calculations were carried out in the SolidWorks program, Mises stresses were used to estimate the stress state. It has been proven that as a result of increasing the elastic modulus of the lumbolumbar ligament, there is a redistribution of stresses in the L5-S1 intervertebral disc and other structures of the aforementioned kinematic chain, which provokes the development of dystrophic changes in the lumbosacral spine, the sacroiliac joint, etc. Based on this, the concept of pathogenetically justified treatment of the iliac-lumbar ligament syndrome should include restoration of the natural density of its fibers, prevention of secondary degenerative-dystrophic changes of the L5-S1 intervertebral disc and structures of the lower limb girdle.
