The method opens up new opportunities for diagnosing the process of microcirculation, thanks to the possibility of constant monitoring of the speed of erythrocytes in capillaries. Also, a technique is proposed that easily forms fixing knots - "locks" at the beginning and at the end of the seam, which prevents additional stitching of the skin and prevents the attachment of pathological microflora. The proposed method excludes the use of additional protectors for fixing the ligature, which prevents the attachment of secondary infection, and also regulates the tension of the suture, which ensures complete closure of the wound and prevents the occurrence of trophic disorders. This technique is simple and accessible in application and can be used in various areas of surgical practice. The proposed therapy, which includes the treatment of the inflammatory zone with antiseptic agents containing the complexing agent disodium edetate, which prevents the formation of dense biofilms, the dissemination of pathogens, and is more effective than traditional therapy and prevents the chronicity of the process.
