Purpose of the project - investigation in areas of radiophysics, astronomy and aeronomy in the mm and cm band. Results and their novelty - study of molecular outflows in star-forming regions. New a outflow was found. The spectral observations were organized at the radio telescopes RT-32 and RT-16 (Latvia) and polarization observations of OH masers at the frequency 6.035 GHz were initiated. 8 new masers were registered. The intensity of the halo of the lines of the first hydrogen atoms and first molecules H2, HD, HeH+ at the red displacement range Z - 100 – 10 was calculated. The nature of the high-frequency components of HFC1 and HFC2 which were observed in the spectrum of pulsar in Krab was explained. The monitoring of wind velocity in the mesosphere at an altitude of 75 - 90 km above Kharkiv obtained from CO observation was initiated. For the first time in terrestrial observations, two phenomena of stratospheric warming in 2018 and 2019 were registered. The receiving system was introduced for simultaneous observation of O3 and CO molecules in Jilin University in China; the first observations were initiated. It was demonstrated that the pHEMT application can be expanded to a range of sound frequencies, and the GaAs operating temperature intervals of heterostructural transistors may be substantially advanced. A new method for determining the optical characteristics of dielectrics in mm and submillimeter ranges was proposed. The sample of an antenna submilimeter telescope was created. The project was implemented in cooperation with Ventspils University and Jilin University. The results obtained within the research can be used in other fields of radio astronomy and astrophysics, radio electronics industry.
