 The object of the research is legal relations that arise in the conditions of the development of the economy of Industry 4.0. The purpose of the work is to consider doctrinal and legal support for the functioning of the national economy in conditions of military aggression; research on the current directions of state regulation of innovative structures in the conditions of Industry 4.0, financial and legal support for the economic activity of Industry 4.0, economic and legal support for the functioning of the ecosystems of Industry 4.0 regarding the development of IAM cluster formations and the formation of added value chains, and the definition of the basic elements of the digital transformation of the health care system of Ukraine, etc.
