The subject of the study is the archaeological sites of the National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra”, the cultural layer and individual artifacts. The purpose of this work is to analyze and generalize the materials of archaeological research on the territory of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, to conduct stationary and protective and rescue archaeological research on the territory of the preserve, to systematize information about prospective excavation sites. Research methods are general scientific: analysis and synthesis, description and measurement, generalization and system approach; special: historical-comparative, historical-typological, historical-systemic, statistical, cartographic. Stationary, scientific and rescue, security and rescue, and architectural and archaeological researches were conducted on the territory of the preserve; the materials of the Early Iron Age were summarized; the attribution of building materials of the 11th-19th centuries from the stock collection of the National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra” was systematized, analyzed and specified; the filling of the electronic Archaeological map of the National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra” with information continued.
