The novelty is a comprehensive analysis of the socio-economic development of the city; updating the program document, which includes a set of interrelated tasks and measures for the socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv in 2021–2023, aimed at achieving the goals of the Strategy for the Development of the City of Kyiv until 2025 (in the new version), with the determination of their expected results; development of specific measures with ways of their implementation and specific performance indicators for 2022-2023. According to the results of the current state, trends of the socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv and the actual possibilities of the budget, the program of the economic and social development of the city of Kyiv for the years 2021-2023 has been adjusted.
