Description

 The object of the study is the organizational and technological processes of developing and making changes to the Capital Expenditure Program for 2021-2023 within the framework of the Kyiv Economic and Social Development Program, monitoring its implementation and forming a List of investment projects, the implementation of which is planned for 2023-2025 . The purpose of the work is to improve and update ICT "Building Complex" and ICT "Building Complex-Exchange" in order to provide an effective tool for the formation and analysis of the implementation of economic and social development programs of the city of Kyiv in terms of capital investments and capital repairs for the medium and short term. The results of the work are used by structural subdivisions of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration.
