Objectives of the study: 1. To determine existing gender differences and gaps in assessments of the availability and quality of services in the capital. 2. To determine the peculiarities of the dynamics of the attitude of the men and women of Kyiv to the existing policies of the city of Kyiv - information, communication, social, educational, transport, communal services. 3. To analyze the influence of gender characteristics on the perception of Kyivans and Kyivans of the availability and quality of services against the background of military operations in the country. 4. To study the differences in the opinions of Kyivans and Kyivans regarding existing obstacles to receiving budgetary/communal services in view of the military operations in the country. 5. To carry out an analysis of the impact of gender differences on the perception of the characteristics of city services and services, with a further review of the application of a gender approach in the provision of gender-sensitive services and practical interventions of gender impact assessment when making management decisions and improving services and services in the capital, in the context of the development of local sectoral policies .
