The goal of the work is to increase the efficiency of biotechnological processes by optimizing their conditions and selecting producers. A high growth-regulatory activity of new regulators of plant development during pre-sowing treatment of cereal seeds and potato tubers was revealed. Practical recommendations have been developed for the use of red California worm vermiculture biomass as an organic additive when feeding pheasants and broiler chickens to increase body weight gain and improve blood parameters. The possibility of using laser irradiation to increase the genetic variability of worms of the genus Eisenia to form a population capable of more effectively biotransforming hard substrates is substantiated. The highest level of genetic polymorphism was determined by ISSR-PCR markers. It was established that the biopreparation of streptomycete origin Lysorecifin G3x increases the yield of cucumbers of the F1 hybrid "Carambola" by 30%.
