The purpose of the work is to improve the theoretical and methodological support for diagnosing the economic stability of the enterprise in conditions of limited activity and to develop practical recommendations for determining its level. To achieve the set goal and solve the research tasks, the following general scientific and special research methods were used in the work: abstract-logical method, systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis - to determine the economic sustainability of the enterprise and justify its conceptual basis; structural and logical - to form a system of indicators for diagnosing the economic stability of the enterprise; graphic method - for visualization of the obtained results; the method of constructing a taxonomic indicator of development - to determine the level of economic sustainability. In modern conditions of limited activity, the main way of normal life activity of industrial enterprises is to ensure their economic stability. The use of theoretical and methodological support for the diagnosis of economic stability in conditions of limited activity will determine the scientific validity in making management decisions at the enterprise. The economic effect is provided by the determination of directions and reserves for increasing the economic stability of enterprises in modern conditions. The social effect is a national commercial development that contributes to the determination of ways to implement the National Economic Strategy for the period of martial law and post-war.
