The purpose of the work is to improve the methodological support for assessing the economic efficiency of the enterprise in conditions of limited activity and to develop practical recommendations for determining reserves at various enterprises. To achieve the set goal and solve the research tasks, the following general scientific and special research methods were used in the work: abstract-logical method, systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis - to clarify the essential content of the balanced scorecard as an analytical tool for managing the company's activities and forming theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the evaluation of activities based on the BSC; graphic method - for visual representation of the obtained results; tools of descriptive statistics, methods of multivariate statistical analysis - factor and canonical analyzes - for the formation of the characteristic space of enterprise activity assessment models based on the BSC. The practical use of the proposed methods of evaluating activity based on a balanced system of indicators will allow solving the problem of managing the improvement of the efficiency of the enterprise, developing strategies for its development, providing information and analytical support for management decisions. The economic effect is ensured by determining the directions and reserves for increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises in modern conditions. The social effect is a national commercial development that contributes to the determination of ways to implement the National Economic Strategy for the period of martial law and post-war.
