New BARs in the series of tetrahydroazepine, triazolo-azepine, imidazo-azepine, imidazo[1,2-a]azepin-3-one and triazacyclopenta[cd]-azulene were synthesized, and their pharmacological testing was carried out. Peculiarities of the relationship "structure - activity" as an element of the system for evaluating the biological effects of physiologically active substances in medical technologies aimed at the search for new BARs were studied. According to the results of pharmacological testing, the following showed significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity: tetrahydroazepine 2518 (-80.04 and -43.54) %, imidazo-azepines 2614, 2615 ( (-39.04; -36.04 and -84.68; - 68.79) %, triazolo-triazine 4774 (-60.81 and -31.20) % in comparison with ketorolac and diclofenac (-85.89 and -44.37) %, respectively.  Product Description popup.authors Bobkova Liudmyla S.
