Since pathological changes in the phases of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction under conditions of diabetes mellitus are practically not described in the literature to date, the performed work allows for the first time to evaluate the development of the reaction to hypoxia of the small blood circulation under conditions of T2DM. It was shown for the first time that removal of perivascular adipose tissue of intrapulmonary arteries affects the phasic contractions of the artery in response to hypoxia both in rats of the control group and in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Removal of perivascular adipose tissue (PVHT) of the intrapulmonary arteries (IPA) of the control group is accompanied by a decrease in the maximum amplitude of the hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (PVA) response. Type 2 diabetes leads to a significant suppression of GLV. Removal of PVHT is accompanied by an increase in the maximum contraction amplitude to the level of the control group. For the first time, it was shown that the content of the marker of nitrosative stress (nitrotyrosine) in the studied samples of the VLA of animals of the control group is within the physiological norm, regardless of the presence or absence of PVHT, but the modeling of T2DM leads to an increase in the content of nitrotyrosine, which is more pronounced in the absence of PVHT. For the first time, the effect of experimental diabetes on the mRNA expression of NOS isoforms in the segments of the VL was shown - an increase in the expression of iNOS mRNA and a decrease in the expression of eNOS mRNA. It was shown that this increase in expression is due to an increase in the content of iNOS mRNA and a decrease in eNOS mRNA directly in the vascular wall. The use of vascular drugs of a metabolic type of action (Tiotriazoline, a combination of Thiotriazoline and Arginine, Angioli  Product Description popup.authors Boitsova Lyudmyla V Dobrelia Nataliya V Parshikov Olexander Viktorovich popup.nrat_date 2023-06-15 Close
