The objective of the study is to develop the provisions of the European norms of the EN 13286 series, which establish requirements for testing methods for determining the reference value of mass density and water content under laboratory compaction, for determining the degree of moisture content, as well as for testing unreinforced mixtures by cyclic triaxial loading and mixtures reinforced with hydraulic binders for resistance to cyclic freezing-thawing, and for determining the α-(alpha) coefficient of vitreous blast furnace slag; based on the results of the analytical work, to develop national standards of Ukraine with an identical degree of compliance with European standards through translation.
