INCLUSION, SOCIAL INCLUSION, DIGITAL INCLUSION, ACCESSIBILITY, SOCIAL DIGITALIZATION, PERSONS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES The object of research is the inclusive space of Ukraine and the world in the process of its formation; digital inclusion of citizens, as a condition for the formation of a civil society and a society of global unity through social digitization and digital involvement of all citizens, regardless of their social, valeological or technological sensitivity. The purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of the role of digital inclusion and accessibility of the web space for people with disabilities in Ukraine. In particular, a theoretical and methodological study of current prospects and obstacles on the way to the implementation of digital inclusion in Ukraine and the world was conducted; analysis of the features of digital accessibility of socially sensitive population groups in order to outline the main methodological principles and recommendations for the accessibility of digital tools, standards for their development and implementation, and methods of use in Ukraine; the study of state policy and project activities to initiate the development of recommendations for public activists and government representatives regarding the introduction of a new strategic goal into the social and information policy of the state: the creation of a Ukrainian-language standard for the accessibility of web content and digital information, which was developed with an understanding of the needs of people with disabilities of various nosological groups, to become the norm for creating digital content to enhance the inclusiveness of society. The theoretical and methodological principles of the organization of digital inclusion are theoretically substantiated. The state policy was analyzed and methodical recommendations were developed.
