The object of the research is documentary complexes created and deposited in the activities of the village (village) council of the territorial community. The purpose of the work is to determine the optimal composition and terms of storage of documents created and stored as a result of their activities, based on the study of document complexes of village (village) councils of territorial communities. Research methods – scientific analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, modeling, structural and functional analysis, generalization. As a result of the implementation of the NDR, based on the obtained scientific results, a sample nomenclature of cases of the village (village) council of the territorial community was prepared. The results of the research will be used by the archival departments of district, district in the city of Kyiv and Sevastopol state administrations and state archives of regions during the provision of advisory and methodological assistance in the development of individual nomenclature of cases of village (village) councils of territorial communities.
