The aim of the study to verify the expression of LCC channels in the nuclear membranes of cardiomyocytes from different parts of the heart, hepatocytes, secretory cells of salivary glands, and smooth and skeletal muscle cells useing the patch-clamp method. Research methods - isolation of cell nuclei of various types, patch-clamp in the nucleus-attached configuration, and excised patches in the voltage clamp mode. The conductivity of LCC channels in the left and right ventricles of cardiomyocytes is 209±2.7 pS (n=5) and 206±3.1 pS (n=6), respectively. A channel with similar properties was also registered in the interventricular septum (n=2). At the same time, the mean current amplitude through the LCC-channel of the nuclear membrane of cardiomyocytes at a applied potential of +60 mV was 10% higher than under the same conditions through the LCC channel of the nuclear membrane of neurons, and at -60 mV, it was 12% lower. Minor differences in biophysical parameters may be due to the peculiarities of intracellular signaling in cells of different types. A channel with properties similar to LCC-channels was registered in the nuclear membrane of muscle cells, but its selectivity needs to be verified. In the nuclear membrane of hepatocytes, an ion channel with a conductivity of 130±4.3 pS (n=3) and slow kinetics was registered, but its properties require further investigation.
