The subject of the study is information technologies for presenting the choice of an apartment building and revealing comfort from the point of view of a systemic approach. The object of research are methods, models and means of studying and analyzing the problem of psychological comfort in the context of the development of a modern living environment. The purpose of the research is to design and develop software, to study the impact of the main trends in the development of an apartment building from the point of view of providing it with technological features As a result of the implementation of the NDR, information systems were investigated, with the help of which it is possible to perform a psychological analysis of the living environment. Based on them, a detailed description of the main functions of the author's system was developed, which takes into account quantitative and qualitative indicators that affect the social well-being of a person. In addition, the optimal relationship between quality and income of future consumers has been established. According to these indicators, the division into construction classes is carried out. Also, in the process of research, a mathematical and statistical description of the development of the construction of multi-apartment buildings, its contradictory nature, which is observed in particular in the different interests of the developer and future residents of the building, for example, in relation to the number of floors or the internal arrangement of the building, was carried out.
