The purpose of the research work is to create scientifically based methodological recommendations on the procedure and mechanism for conducting research on issues of compliance of actual land use with documents certifying the right to a land plot. Scientific development is designed for specialists of state specialized expert institutions and persons performing forensic expert activity on a business basis. At present, when conducting judicial land technical examinations and expert studies on the compliance of actual land use with documents certifying the right to a land plot, there is no clear algorithm for solving this type of issues. As a result of the work, it is planned to submit a final scientific report (methodological recommendations) on the development of an algorithm for the actions of experts in research and providing answers to questions that are (or may be) posed to the forensic examination regarding questions regarding the study of the compliance of actual land use with documents certifying the right to a land plot . The initial data for performing the work are the analysis of expert practice, systematization and analysis of regulatory documents. The research method is analytical, based on the experience of practical activity in conducting judicial land and technical examinations on this problem. Based on the generalization of the theoretical, methodical and legal foundations of judicial land-technical examinations, general regulations for the appointment and conduct of judicial land-technical examinations regarding the compliance of the actual land use with the documents certifying the right to the land plot were developed.
