The purpose of job: to conduct complex of optical, electron microscopy and energy-dispersive investigations of a nanostructured materials based on layered A3В6 semiconductor crystals intercalated by atoms and molecules with the aim to investigate new physic and chemic properties appeared in this one materials; to investigate influence of intercalation on energetic structure, electron processes and vibration appeared in hybrid nanostructured layered crystal lattice, which are consist of layered matrix and intercalated atoms or molecules; to develop investigation method of searching and synthesis of layered hybrid nanostructures – new perspective semiconductor materials – which are useful for contemporary semiconductor element base and devices. Methods of research: low-temperature (5 – 300 K) spectral optical ( 0.2 – 10.0 mkm), SEM, EDX researches. In job the results of optical and SEM researches; EDX, and low-temperature optic-spectroscopy of absorption, reflection and light emission researches of layered In2Se3 semiconductor crystals as well as InSe and GaSe crystals intercalated: electrochemically - by Li, Na atoms; in melt of NaNO3, KNO3 RbNO3 ferroelectric salts. With use of the described methods for the first time physic-chemical and optical properties of In2Se3 crystals, as well as hybrid structures consisting of InSe and GaSe crystal intercalated by atoms or molecules are experimentally investigated.
