The object of the comprehensive study is the development of Oriental studies in the context of the internationalization of higher education. The purpose of the work is to contribute to the comprehensive and comprehensive development of Oriental studies, the study of the languages and literature of the countries of the East at the institutional level in the context of the internationalization of higher education. Objectives of the study: 1. To analyze the domestic and European experience of ensuring the quality of the training of orientalists. 2. To determine the main directions of ensuring the quality of training of philologists-Orientalists. 3. To promote the expansion of opportunities for academic mobility and internationalization of higher education at the institutional level. 4. To analyze the conditions of adaptation and support of foreign students to study in higher education institutions of Ukraine. 5. To investigate the interdisciplinary dimension of the training of orientalists. Research methods are theoretical (analysis, synthesis, modeling, systematization, generalization); sociological (questionnaires); empirical (heuristic, linguistic, descriptive, comparative); methods of interdisciplinary research. The theoretical and practical significance of the results is created in the creation of new knowledge about the best domestic and European practices and components, which are sufficient for the successful training of Oriental studies specialists, the development of the internationalization of higher education and the activation of cooperation with the countries of the East; expanded opportunities for academic mobility of students, development of new interdisciplinary approaches and methods in the training of linguists-orientalists. The results of the research are implemented in the educational process of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.
