The object of research is the processes of deformation of reinforced concrete constructions of buildings and engineering structures in industrial, agro-industrial, civil and transport construction. The subject of research is crack resistance of reinforced concrete constructions (RCC), taking into account new resistance effects. The purpose of the work is to develop approaches to determine the actual parameters of crack resistance of reinforced concrete constructions, including reinforced, with varying classes of concrete and reinforcement, static load scheme for effective design of RCC. The report provides information on the proposed general classification of base cracks, suitable for rod and plane-stressed reinforced concrete constructions (including reinforced ones). This classification of cracks includes geometric, force (deformation) and inter-environmental concentration of the stress-strain state with corresponding concentrator sources, which allows to obtain a complete picture of various basic and adjacent cracks that appear in RCC under force and deformation effects. Having such information greatly simplifies the problem of determining the rigidity of RCC (including those that need strengthening during reconstruction). An illustration of the developed algorithms application for determining the parameters of formation, the width of cracks opening, the distances between the cracks is carried out on a numerical example of the use of a natural RCC. The results obtained in the course of the scientific work can be used to develop recommendations regarding the calculation and design of RCC according to the limit states of the second group (serviceability) – the formation of cracks, the width of cracks opening and the distances between cracks.
