The purpose of the research work is to develop scientific recommendations for the construction of truss nodes from rectangular pipes, based on the existing nomenclature of profiles. The purpose of the research work is to develop a component of the company's standards base. In the course of the research work, the characteristics of the intermediate nodes of the farms were determined in accordance with the current regulatory documents; mathematical and 3D models of the intermediate node of the rectangular pipe truss were investigated. The obtained results formed the basis of scientific and methodical recommendations for the selection of complementary elements optimal in terms of mass of trusses from rectangular pipes, based on the available nomenclature of profiles. The proposed recommendations make it possible to significantly reduce the labor intensity of project work at the enterprise.
