The purpose of the development is to simulate complex technical and production systems on on the basis of information technologies, which will allow to reduce time and cost costs of functioning of organizational and technical systems. Research methods – stochastic programming method, division method graphic objects, image segmentation methods, deep learning methods, methods of computer vision. In the course of implementation of the NDR, the following tasks were solved: detection of criminal acts intelligent video surveillance systems based on neural networks; development of a better approximate algorithm for the solution of general and pipeline problems of schedule theory; analysis of methods for detecting anomalies in the video sequence video surveillance cameras on road transport. Research results: a generalized information model was developed technologies for forming individual trajectories of students' independent work; the methods of safe routing in software-configured ones are investigated networks; the work of city passenger transport routes was investigated and simulated processes of transport systems.
