The object of the research is diseases of internal organs in servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the Joint Forces Operation. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of epidemiology, pathogenesis, course, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of internal organs in servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the Joint Forces Operation. The purpose of the work is to justify modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of therapeutic pathology in servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the Joint Forces Operation based on the characteristics of their clinical course. Research methods - bibliosemantic - for the analysis of scientific sources on the researched problem; epidemiological - to study the structure of morbidity; clinical (survey, physical and laboratory-instrumental examination), endoscopic, ultrasonographic, express gastro-pH monitoring, biochemical tests of blood, stomach contents, determination of H. pylori infection (fecal antigen test, enzyme immunoassay, histomorphological method), epidemiological, questionnaires, pharmacoeconomic and statistical analysis - to collect, process and analyze the data obtained during the research. In the research work, an analysis of the incidence and prevalence of diseases of internal organs among servicemen participating in the anti-terrorist operation / operation of the United Forces (ATO/OOS) was carried out. An actual problem of modern military therapy was studied - prediction, diagnosis of reactive hepatitis in military personnel.
