The formation of annotations of SEB resources and web resources can be performed using various semantic tools, in particular by selecting sets of keywords and analyzing the relationships between word forms of the annotated text. Compiling an abstract/annotation of a text using a computer is called automatic abstracting or annotation. At the stage of development of annotation systems, hybrid systems are becoming more and more widespread, which combine a statistical approach and artificial intelligence methods.
