Genre-stylistic, cultural processes, phenomena, trends, personalities of musical figures are considered. The relevance of works on such issues in modern conditions does not decrease, but, on the contrary, increases, as the interest of the general public in them increases. The positive historical experience of Ukrainian musical relations with the world opens the way for cultural integration as a factor of interaction and enrichment of cultures. Historical-genetic, comparative, source studies and other methods and tools traditional for musicology are used. The results of the research will be published in the 3rd part of the collective monograph "Ukrainian-foreign musical ties", the collective monograph "Ukrainian musical culture 1900-1929 in the European context: new views, materials, periodization", the directory "Musicians of the Ukrainian Diaspora".
