These principles should be the basis for developing a management toolkit for handling transformational processes in the public sphere. Problematic aspects of reforming socio-economic policies associated with the specificity of regional governance at both the central level and local levels are systematized. Directions for improving the quality of providing government administrative services through e-governance tools are proposed for both citizens and businesses in line with European Union requirements. The possibilities, advantages, and disadvantages of introducing a central bank digital currency are identified. The necessity of changing the methods of evaluating the performance of government agencies is justified, advocating a shift from binary assessments ("done" or "not done") to the application of predictive analytics, i.e., selective trials based on artificial intelligence technologies. The main approaches to formulating a development strategy for public-private partnerships in Ukraine are developed, focusing on both the project and marketing aspects.
