Genre-stylistic, cultural processes, phenomena, trends, personalities of musical figures are considered. The relevance of works on such issues in modern conditions does not decrease, but, on the contrary, increases, as the interest of the general public in them increases. The positive historical experience of Ukrainian musical relations with the world opens the way for cultural integration as a factor of interaction and enrichment of cultures. Historical-genetic, comparative, source studies and other methods and tools traditional for musicology are used.
