IV) The result of the work is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for modeling the development of complex hierarchical systems (SIS) for the development of the intelligence economy in conditions of a high level of uncertainty and stochasticity of the environment and the nonlinear nature of the course of socio-economic processes. V) Novelty of results: for the first time, the concept of modeling mechanisms for the development of ICS based on managerial and process transformations and the spread of innovation and investment processes has been developed and theoretically justified; the concept of modeling the mechanisms of SIS development based on managerial and process transformations and the spread of diffusion innovation and investment processes is proposed.
