This is due to the need to save expensive tool steels, improve working conditions by improving the atmosphere of workshops. The purpose of the work is development of the composition and methods of evaluating efficiency in conditions close to production, i.e. to those processes in which they will be implemented. Research methods: A water-graphite TM for hot three-dimensional stamping of steel (standard name DFPO) was developed, researched and implemented. The work presents innovative manufacturing and testing technologies of technological lubricants (TM) for hot volumetric stamping of steel. Eco-friendly hydrographite TM compositions for water injection and stamping have been developed. New methods of assessing the effectiveness of TM have been developed and presented.
